Registration is now open for the 2023 Fall Season of Grand Strand Youth Hockey. Those wishing to register a player for the upcoming season may do so by filling our registration form on TeamSnap.
Fall registration will remain open through Sept. 19, 2023, at midnight. Games for this session begin on Sept. 23.

We use the TeamSnap platform to make registration, waivers and payments easy for our participants. To begin your registration process, click the button below.
During the process, you will be asked to provide basic info about your player, their hockey experience and your family.
During registration, you will be asked to choose one of three divisions, which will determine your player's league & team placement. Age eligibility is based on player's age at the start of our league year on September 5, 2023. Your options are:
Note: If your player is eligible for multiple divisions, you may choose which division to enter them in based on skill level. All placements are subject to coach/league review and players in between divisions may be asked to practice or play with with teams in both divisions until a permanent placement is determined.
As an AAU affiliate we require that all players have AAU Insurance before participating in the league. You will be asked for the Membership# in your sign-up process.
If you don't yet have one, it's OK to leave this field blank as your register, but it will be required to submit your membership # before your child's first game.
The cost for the insurance is $20/year, which covers Sept. 1, 2023 through Aug. 31, 2024.
To register, click below to visit AAU website, then choose "Youth Athlete Registration" and "Standard Membership" and fill in "Grand Strand Youth Hockey" as your club.
After filling out your player info, you'll be asked to agree to a waiver and our player code of conduct, before being taken to a screen to select a league fee. Our standard session fee is $125/player.
Once you've chosen a fee, proceed to checkout where you can choose to add an additional player, if needed, or enter your payment information.
Upon checkout, you'll receive an e-mail confirming you're successfully signed up.
After signing up, the next step is to attend our Season Kick-Off Event on Saturday, Sept. 9, 2023.
This event will feature a parents' info session at 11:30 a.m. and a new player evaluation session at 12 p.m. During this time we'll run players through some basic drills and game-like situations to assess their skills in order to help with team roster placement.
